• All rent payments are due on the first of each month

• We accept ACH, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, cash and credit cards.

• Mail to our office

• Place in SECURE mail/drop box outside our office

• Please call to make an appointment with our office to pay with cash

​Credit Card

• ​Credit Cards are accepted and will include a 3% processing charge

​Rent Certificates​

• ​Obtain rent certificate form from the IRS

• Mail a letter requesting the rent certificate, the completed IRS form along with a self addressed, stamped envelope to our office​

• The rent certificate will be completed and mailed back to you​
